Script ini hanya mengganti bagian

• dnx
• ifwi
• fastboot
• recovery

Peralatan yang di perlukan

• ADB
• Fastboot

Untuk Penggunaan LINUX

Jika Anda pengguna System LINUX, cukup jalankan script root.sh di terminal dan ikuti petunjuk. Pastikan bahwa Anda telah mengaktifkan Mode USB debugging pada ponsel Anda. 

• ./root.sh

Penggunaan untuk sistem non-linux (Windows dll)

Perangkat Anda akan reboot beberapa kali dalam seluruh proses.

1.   Download Script Root nya DISINI (Ukuran File 53,4 Mb).

2.   Extract file yang sudah di Download

3.   Enable mode USB debugging smartphone Anda.

4.   Sambungkan Smartphone Anda pada PC / Laptop

5.  Buka Terminal in extracted asus-zenfone-5-root directory (you don't need reboot your phone manually, just execute following commands).

6.   Reboot to bootloader.

• adb reboot bootloader

7.   Unlock fastboot. 

• fastboot flash fastboot files/root/fastboot.img
• fastboot reboot-bootloader

8.   Unlock bootloader (this can take up to 3 minutes, please be patient).

• fastboot flash ifwi files/root/ifwi_ctp_a500cg.bin
• fastboot flash dnx files/vanilla/dnx_fwr_ctp_a500cg.bin
• fastboot reboot-bootloader

9.   Root phone (an error during this part is normal - just ignore it).

• fastboot flash recovery files/root/recovery.img
• fastboot flash update files/root/dummy.zip
• adb reboot bootloader

10. Restore vanilla files.

• fastboot flash fastboot files/vanilla/fastboot.img
• fastboot flash recovery files/vanilla/recovery.img
• fastboot flash dnx files/vanilla/dnx_fwr_ctp_a500cg.bin
• fastboot flash ifwi files/vanilla/ifwi_ctp_a500cg.bin
• fastboot reboot

All done, enjoy your rooted phone.

Enabling mode USB debugging

1. Cari Menu Pengaturan
2. Klik About
3. Buka Software Information
4. Tekan 7x pada Build Number, sampai muncul sedikit Pop-Up memberitahu Anda bahwa Anda telah memasukkan mode pengembang.
5. Kembali ke Pengaturan
6. Cari dan Buka Developer Options
7. Beri Centang USB Debugging
8. Setelah itu Klik OK
